Join us for at least 60 minutes in deeply relaxing and supported poses where there’s nothing to achieve and nowhere to rush. This gentle, accessible practice blends the calming movement of yoga with the soothing benefits of Reiki energy healing. As you rest comfortably in each pose, Reiki is offered to support deep relaxation. You’ll be held in a warm, supportive space where you can simply breathe, soften, and receive.
These classes are suitable for all levels and are held indoors. Scent and lighting effects are in use. Please bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and bolsters if desired.

First Degree Reiki Course
If you feel called to deepen your relationship with Reiki, to understand how energy moves through you and the world around you, and to learn how to work with this healing force for yourself and others, you are invited to join Red Sands Reiki’s First Degree Reiki Certification Course.
Each certification course is a unique and sacred experience, guided by Reiki itself and shaped by the collective energy of the group. In an intimate, small-group setting over three days, you will be gently guided through the history, principles, and foundational theory of Reiki and energy work. You will learn hands-on techniques for working with Reiki energy to support healing for yourself, loved ones, animals, and plants.
This First Degree Certification is offered over three days to ensure you feel grounded, confident, and supported as you begin working with Reiki energy. The pace allows space for integration, practice, and deepening awareness rather than rushing the experience.
Upon successful completion of all three days, participants will receive certification as a First Degree Reiki Practitioner. Attendance for the full course duration is required for certification.

As the sun crosses the celestial threshold and light and dark come into perfect balance, we gather to honor the sacred turning of the Wheel. Mabon, also known as the Fall Equinox, marks the second harvest—a time to reflect, release, and root deeper into the wisdom of the season. This is a powerful moment of perfect balance between light and dark. This time of the Wheel is the threshold between outward expression and inward descent, when the energy of the Earth begins to slow and spiral inward—and we are invited to do the same.
Energetically, the Fall Equinox is a sacred moment of equilibrium and a powerful time for spiritual alignment—between inner and outer worlds, masculine and feminine energies, giving and receiving, doing and being. Through ritual, gratitude, and magical intention, we restore balance within and without.
A circle ceremony is a sacred gathering, where a circle is cast to create a protected and focused space for magic, healing, and ritual. The circle represents the infinite, the wholeness of the universe, and serves as a boundary that keeps energies contained and directed for the highest good of all. It is a liminal place where time and space bend, allowing participants to connect with universal energy, the collective energy of the Circle, and their own inner power. All are welcome to join the guided ceremony regardless of familiarity or experience with magic or spiritual practices. Magic is for everyone. This is an inclusive invitation to anyone curious or open to exploring their own inner magic.
