I'm Krista, the founder of Red Sands Reiki, a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive practitioner, author, and former Registered Nurse with a passion for exploring the many dimensions of healing, energy, and the human experience. After eight extraordinary years on Prince Edward Island, Red Sands Reiki is finding a new home in Southwestern Ontario, serving Union, Port Stanley, St. Thomas, London, and surrounding communities. The landscape may be changing, but the heart of this work remains the same. As Red Sands Reiki begins a new chapter, I bring together years of experience in energy healing, intuitive exploration, and spiritual teaching, with an approach that is deeply personal, grounded in experience, and open to a little magic. Reiki Experiences & Certification

At the heart of Red Sands Reiki is the Reiki Experience, a 90-minute session set aside entirely for you. Your time begins with conversation. We talk about what has been happening in your life, what you've been carrying, and where you feel stuck. Then, you rest. The room becomes quiet. The outside world gets to stay outside for a while. There is nothing you need to accomplish. Reiki forms the heart of your session, with other healing modalities woven into the experience when appropriate. You simply get to receive.

For those who feel called to explore energy healing more deeply, I also offer First and Second Degree Reiki certification courses. Whether you're discovering Reiki for the first time or continuing your training, these immersive learning experiences invite you to develop your understanding of energy, deepen your intuition, and discover the possibilities within your own hands. Tarot & Tea Leaf Readings

Sometimes the answers we're looking for emerge when we become quiet enough to listen. Through personal Tarot readings, I offer an opportunity to explore the stories, patterns, possibilities, and questions unfolding in your life. Whether you're seeking clarity, navigating change, standing at a crossroads, or simply curious about what the cards might reveal, a Tarot reading offers a fresh perspective and an invitation to look a little deeper. And if you've ever felt drawn to read the Tarot yourself, my Learn the Tarot workshop offers an opportunity to explore the symbolism and stories within the cards while developing confidence in your own intuition. No previous experience is necessary.

Through online guided meditations and sound baths, Red Sands Reiki offers opportunities for relaxation, reflection, and inner exploration, wherever you may be. Guided meditations invite you on an inward journey, while the beautiful resonance of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments creates an experience where sound and vibration encourage deep rest and stillness. Alongside online experiences, private and small-group sound baths may also be arranged at suitable locations throughout the Port Stanley and surrounding area, bringing the beauty of sound healing directly to you.
