Join me in welcoming Kate MacQuarrie back for a foraging walk-about at Red Sands Reiki on July 6th! We had so much fun last summer with Kate learning about the healing properties of local vegetation while we snacked on edible plants. Please come prepared to be outdoors for the walk-about.
