Experience the healing of a Sound Bath in a small group with Krista at Red Sands Reiki!

Sound baths offer a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience using sound to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Sound Baths induce a meditative state that may reduce stress and anxiety, decrease blood pressure, balance the nervous system, balance chakras, release emotional and energetic blockages, improve confidence and creativity, increase energy, reduce pain, and inspire an overall sense of well-being.

Participants recline or sit in a comfortable position to experience the healing sounds of crystal bowls. Bring your pillow and blanket. Space is limited in group sessions, so please reserve your spot. Participation fee is $20 (cash preferred).

Note: essential oils, sage, and lighting effects may be used throughout the session. Sound Baths are not recommended during early pregnancy or for individuals with epilepsy, broken bones, deep brain stimulation devices, metal pins or implants, cochlear implants or pacemakers.
