Reiki soothes and restores the mind, body, and soul by optimizing the flow of lifeforce energy. Reiki is a holistic and non-invasive healing art that everyone can benefit from. I offer a unique Reiki Experience that draws on multiple healing modalities including tuning forks and hypnotic suggestion. Distant Reiki Experiences are an option for those located off island. Reiki Experiences are $125.
Reiki Certification Courses
Learn the art of Reiki in a supportive, immersive, and hands-on teaching format that ensures your learning is complete. Offered over three days in a small group setting, First Degree Certification provides everything you need to work confidently and competently with Reiki energy. Courses are offered throughout the year. Reiki certification fee is $300.
Crystal & Metaphysical Shop
Remember when you believed in magic? I invite you to leave the ordinary world behind and journey to a place of whimsy and imagination. Browse one of the Island’s largest crystal selections and shop for treasures and trinkets like tarot decks, candles, essential oils, and magic supplies. The shop is open year-round but please call ahead to confirm hours. Be charmed and bewitched by a magical shop like no other on Prince Edward Island!
Sound Baths
Relax and unwind as you are surrounded and engulfed in waves of sound. For many people sound baths induce a meditative state that may reduce stress & anxiety, decrease blood pressure, balance the nervous system & chakras chakras, release blockages, improve confidence & creativity, increase energy, reduce discomfort, and inspire a sense of well-being.
Participants recline or sit in a comfortable position to experience the healing sounds of crystal bowls.
Certified in Sound Healing Fundamentals Level 2 Singing Bowl Sound Healing, I offer private ($125) and group sound baths ($20).
*Sound Baths are not recommended during early pregnancy or for individuals with epilepsy, broken bones, deep brain stimulation devices, metal pins or implants, cochlear implants or pacemakers. Essential oils, sage, and lighting effects may be used throughout the session.
Full Moon Meditations
Offered on the evening of the full moon, Red Sands Reiki holds the space for full moon meditations. My guided meditations are created with a hypnotic undertone and are intended to guide you towards the highest and best version of yourself. Meditation experience is not necessary. Padded floor mats and chairs are provided. Please bring a pillow and blanket. Participation fee is $10.
Healing & Intuitive Circles
I love to gather people together at Red Sands Reiki! I hold the space for Healing & Intuitive Circles on the first Sunday of every month. A sacred and confidential circle is created when individuals unite for healing. The intention for each circle is fluid and reflects the uniqueness of the participants. The circle offers healing and intuitive development components. Participation fee is $10.
Tarot Readings
Steeped in mystery and magic, tarot illuminates patterns in your life that require healing. 30-minute tarot readings are available to be added to your Reiki Experience or booked separately. Tarot Readings are $50.
Fairy Adventures
Spend a magical morning with your child at Red Sands Reiki for a Fairy Adventure. Learn about the wee world of fairies, create a fairy craft, and enjoy a scavenger hunt in the nature grove. Fairy Adventure parties are also available for birthdays or small groups. Fee is $40 per child.
Tea Magic Party
Gather four friends and join Red Sands Reiki for an evening of tea magic! This experience includes a group tea leaf reading and an introduction to pendulum divination. A 90-minute tea party for four is $40 per person. Bewitching attire is highly encouraged!
The Tarot Journey Workshop
Learning to work with tarot is easier than you think. Filled with symbolism and mystery, tarot offers healing to those seeking clarity and growth. The Tarot Journey is a 8-hour workshop that is offered privately or in a small group setting. Workshop fee of $150 includes a Rider Waite Smith deck and The Tarot Journey guidebook.
Intro to Energy Workshop
Interested in learning how energy works and how the universe communicates? Join this 3-hour workshop for an introduction to energy, symbolism, frequency, chakras, and the special senses. This workshop is available as a private or small group workshop. $75 per person.
Monthly Book Club
Join like-minded seekers for friendship and conversation when we meet for spiritual book club during fall, winter, and spring months. Designated books and dates are posted under Events. Participation fee is $10.
