Drawing from her personal experiences with healing, energy work, and witchcraft, Krista shares gentle guidance and empowering insight to help readers deepen their spiritual connection and awaken the magick already living within them.

Here at Red Sands Reiki, you’re invited to explore one of Prince Edward Island’s largest crystal collections. Lose yourself in a curated selection of mystical treasures like tarot decks, spell candles, essential oils, ritual tools, and enchanting curiosities.
The shop is open year-round, though hours may shift around appointments and events. Please call ahead to confirm your visit.
Sound Baths
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience with the music of crystal singing bowls that guides you into a meditative state that calms the mind, soothes the body, and nurtures the soul. Many find that sound baths help to: reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, balance the nervous system and chakras, release energetic blockages, enhance confidence and creativity, and ease discomfort.
Please bring a pillow and blanket. Padded floor mats and chairs are provided. Private and group sound baths are available.
Please Note: Sound baths are not recommended during early pregnancy, or for individuals with epilepsy, deep brain stimulation devices, metal pins, implants, broken bones, cochlear implants, or pacemakers.
Circle Celebrations
A circle is a sacred gathering where intentional space is created for healing, connection, ritual, and magick. Within the circle, a protected and energetically aligned container is formed, allowing participants to feel grounded, supported, and open to spiritual transformation.
Representing the wholeness and unity of the Universe, the circle serves as a sacred boundary where energy can flow with intention and purpose for the highest good of all. It is a space where the physical and spiritual worlds gently intertwine, to invite participants to connect more deeply with Universal energy, the collective energy of the group, and the wisdom and power within themselves.
Red Sands Reiki offers open circle ceremonies throughout the year. No experience required.

Red Sands Reiki holds sacred space for a Women’s Healing & Intuitive Circle every month.
Together, we gather in a confidential, heart-centered space where energy, wisdom, and intention are shared freely. Each circle is a living, breathing experience shaped by the unique energies of those present.
Guided by the needs of the circle, we explore healing practices, gentle self-discovery, and intuitive development in a safe and supportive space.
All who identify as women are welcome. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up as you are.

Held over three transformative days in an intimate small-group format, First Degree Reiki Certification offers everything you need to clearly, ethically, and intuitively begin working with Reiki energy. Rooted in tradition and guided with care, this course blends practical skill-building with deep energetic exploration.
Courses are offered throughout the year for those ready to walk the path of healing for self and others.
Yoga with Cailyn
Slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself with yoga at Red Sands Reiki!
Join our candlelit yoga sessions held indoors and guided by Cailyn, a certified instructor who offers a supportive, grounded, and welcoming space. Each class is intentionally paced, allowing you to move with awareness, rest when needed, and reconnect with your breath. Chairs are available, making this accessible for all levels and abilities.
As the seasons shift, we’ll move our practice outdoors to flow overlooking the shoreline.
