Tarot Readings

Crystal Bowl Sound Baths

You cannot remember the last time you genuinely stopped. Not paused between tasks. Not scrolled until you fell asleep. Actually stopped. Put everything down. Let the nervous system do what it has been desperate to do for longer than you want to admit.

That is what a sound bath does. And it does it in a way that requires absolutely nothing from you except the willingness to lie down and receive.

As the crystal singing bowls begin to sing, something in the body that has been braced for a very long time begins to release. Not because you are trying to relax. Because the frequency of the bowls reaches the places where the tension has been living, below the level of conscious awareness, in the body's deepest holding patterns, and simply invites it to let go. The mind quiets. The nervous system exhales. The soul remembers what it felt like before the weight of everything accumulated on top of it.

Most people leave a sound bath feeling lighter than they have in months. Not because anything in their external circumstances has changed. Because something in the body has finally been given permission to set down what it has been carrying. Reduced stress and anxiety. Better sleep. Nervous system regulation. Energetic balance. The significant astrological moments that shape the collective energy in ways most of us feel before we have the language for what we are feeling. Each gathering is unique, weaving together reflection, meditation, healing, and the specific kind of magic that only happens when people stop performing and start actually showing up for each other. They simply call for different containers, and I hold both. Each guided moon meditation, in person or online, is built entirely around the astrology and cosmic energy of that month's lunar phase. Yoga at Red Sands Reiki is not about the perfect pose or the impressive progression or any version of performance that makes you feel like you are doing it wrong before you have even begun.
