Recharge and unwind with Red Sands Reiki’s Annual Goddess Overnight Retreat! Gather together with like-minded souls under the stars for friendship, laughter, and healing. Plan to arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday with your tent, sleeping gear, and yoga mat (limited tent space is available for anyone without a tent). After a potluck supper, de-stress with a crystal bowl sound bath followed by a twilight campfire. Greet the rising sun in the morning with a seaside sunrise stretch, while overlooking the scenic red sand and Confederation Bridge. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Later in the morning, guest presenter Kate MacQuarrie will join us for an informative foraging walk-about on the property. Participation fee is $125.
