There comes a moment on every spiritual journey when the soul quietly whispers, enough. Enough carrying what was never yours. Enough repeating the same lessons. Enough holding onto relationships, promises, wounds, and energetic ties that have long since fulfilled their purpose.
Under the light of the Full Moon, I invite you into The Unbinding, a guided meditation inspired by the ancient legends of Avalon and the timeless wisdom that teaches us every ending is also a sacred beginning.
No matter where you are in the world, we gather beneath the same Moon. The tides that wash the shores of Prince Edward Island are moved by the same lunar pull that touches your home. Across every distance, we meet together in sacred circle to release what no longer belongs to us.
Through guided visualization, hypnotic language patterns, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), you will be gently guided beneath the conscious mind to the deeper place where lasting emotional and energetic change begins. Together we will loosen old soul contracts, release energetic cords that continue to drain your spirit, and reclaim the pieces of yourself that have been scattered through obligation, grief, fear, or the expectations of others.
The Full Moon has always been a time of completion, reflection, and release. During this medieval-inspired journey through the mystical shores of Avalon, you will symbolically lay down what no longer serves your highest good and step forward lighter, clearer, and more fully aligned with your authentic self.
Virtual doors open at 7:30 PM ADT, allowing everyone a few quiet moments to settle into the space before we begin together. To honor the experience of everyone attending, late entry will not be permitted once the meditation has begun.
