After many years working as a Registered Nurse, I felt called to expand my understanding of healing beyond the physical. Reiki opened the door to an intuitive path rooted in energy, connection, and inner transformation. Drawn by a deep desire to help others heal, I followed that calling across the seas to the red sands of Prince Edward Island. It was here, surrounded by peace, nature, and sacred energy, that Red Sands Reiki was born.

My journey has led me to study a wide range of healing modalities, allowing me to support others through both traditional knowledge and holistic practices. I hold certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis, Sound Healing and Tuning Fork Therapy, Therapeutic Touch, ThetaHealing® Basic and Advanced Levels DNA Practitioner, and the designation of Reiki Master Teacher.

I am devoted to offering the highest level of skill, compassion, and professional care. For me, this is more than a practice. It is a calling and lifelong path of healing, growth, and service.

The Magick Within is for the seeker standing at the beginning of the path, or the one who has been walking it for a while and is ready to go deeper. Written from over a decade of practice as a Reiki Master Teacher, NLP practitioner, and practicing witch, it is a warm and grounded guide to energy healing, intentional living, the cycles of the moon and the seasons, crystals, sacred herbs, shadow work, and the everyday magic that becomes available when conscious intention is brought to ordinary life. It is not about becoming something you are not. It is about remembering what you have always been.

The Witch's Mirror: Journey Through Tarot is a complete and immersive journey through all seventy-eight cards of the Tarot, written with the depth and the lyrical precision of someone who has been reading and living these cards for years. Not a keyword guide. Not a quick reference. A full exploration of the single continuous story the Tarot tells, the story of a soul moving through every archetype of human experience toward its own wholeness, with shadow work questions at the close of every card and the symbolic connections between cards woven throughout.
