The Hearth Within
A Yule Full Moon Guided Meditation

In the heart of the busiest season of the year, when our days are filled with preparations, expectations, and the endless demands of the holidays, there is something profoundly beautiful about giving ourselves permission to simply stop.
Just for an hour, nothing needs to be wrapped, prepared, organized, or accomplished. No one needs anything from you. This is your moment to step away from the noise, settle into stillness, and return to yourself.
As we celebrate Yule and the return of the light following the Winter Solstice, December's Cold Moon rises in Cancer, illuminating themes of home, belonging, emotional nourishment, and the sacred spaces we create within ourselves.
The Hearth Within invites you on an enchanting guided journey through a moonlit winter forest, where snow-covered evergreens stand in quiet wisdom and an ancient hearth has been kept burning through the longest night. Here, surrounded by the warmth of the fire and the gentle magic of Yule, you will be invited to honour what has sustained you, lay down what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the quiet strength and warmth that have always lived within you. For home is more than a place. It is the sanctuary we create within ourselves, the peace we can return to, and the light that continues to shine even through our darkest seasons.
As the Wheel of the Year turns and the light begins its return, allow yourself this sacred pause. A moment of rest, reflection, renewal, and remembrance of what truly matters. A pause in the heart of the season… a return to what feels like home. Take this moment for yourself. You deserve a little peace in the heart of the season.
