Sometimes you just know you're tired. You've been carrying too much for too long. You can't quite shake the stress, the heaviness, or the feeling that something in your life needs to shift. Red Sands Reiki is a place where you can put some of it down.

Located in Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island, Red Sands Reiki is a warm, welcoming space where healing, magic, and community come together. Founded by Reiki Master Teacher Krista Costa, it was created to feel less like walking into a business and more like entering a space where you can finally exhale.

Come to heal.

At the heart of Red Sands Reiki is the Reiki Experience, 90 minutes set aside entirely for you. Your time begins with conversation. We sit together, talk about what has been happening in your life, what you've been carrying, and where you feel stuck. There is no script and no expectation that you arrive knowing what needs to be fixed. Then, you rest.

The room becomes quiet. The outside world gets to stay outside for a while. There is nothing you need to accomplish. Reiki forms the heart of your session, with other healing modalities woven into the experience when appropriate. You simply get to receive.

Alongside private Reiki Experiences, Red Sands Reiki offers sound healing, Tarot, Reiki certification and learning experiences designed to help you explore your own healing, intuition and spiritual practice. Experience Reiki.

You never quite know what is going to find you in the shop. Red Sands Reiki’s Crystal & Metaphysical Shop is one of Prince Edward Island's largest metaphysical shops and is open year-round.

Wander through crystals, Tarot and oracle decks, books, candles, ritual tools, singing bowls, mystical treasures and carefully chosen pieces for your spiritual practice. Healing doesn't always happen alone. Throughout the year, Red Sands Reiki brings people together for Healing & Intuitive Circles, yoga, sound baths, guided meditations, workshops, book club, Reiki training, Full Moon gatherings and seasonal ceremonies.

Some gatherings are quiet and restorative. Some are deeply healing. Some are mystical. And some are simply an opportunity to sit in a room with other people and remember that none of us is meant to carry everything alone. See what’s Happening.

Hi, I'm Krista.

I'm the founder of Red Sands Reiki and a Reiki Master Teacher. I created this space because I wanted healing to feel human. Not clinical. Not intimidating. Not something reserved for people who already know the language, understand energy, or have a particular spiritual belief.

You can arrive curious. You can arrive skeptical. You can arrive exhausted, overwhelmed, grieving, searching, excited, or simply wondering whether there might be something here for you. You are welcome exactly as you are.

My background includes years as a Registered Nurse as well as training in Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, sound healing, tuning forks, hypnosis, NLP, ThetaHealing® and other energy and intuitive practices. I bring that experience into my work, but no two people, and no two sessions, are exactly alike. We begin with you. Meet Krista.
